Kendall

I have so much to catch up on, so here are a few things that have been going on with Kendall.

Kendall lost her first tooth!!!  When it happened, she didn't 

know whether to cry or be happy.  It was really cute.

Kendall had to make a habitat for school and she chose to do

a butterfly.  She decorated it all by herself.

Kendall took dance this year and this is her finally recital.  The 

pictures aren't very good because of the lighting, but they

are still fun.

Morgan was all over the dance recital and was so excited

to watch Kendall.

Cooper was such a good boy during the dance.  He is so

good to be patient and support his sisters.

So all of our pictures of our Disneyland and San Diego trip are chronologically in the wrong order, but hey, at least they are posted right?  Our trip started out in Vegas, then Disneyland, then LegoLand and the beach.  It was our first big family vacation all by ourselves and it was a blast!!!

Our last day in San Diego, we went to the beach and just hung out and it was awesome!!  The weather was nice and we just played on the beach all afternoon and everyone had a really good time.

San Diego Padres Game

While were in San Diego, it was a must for Ted go to a game and I am glad we did.  It turned out to be a fun night and the kids did really well.

I didn't remember the name of the other team) practiced right

by us and they threw a ball up to Cooper.  He was so excited!!!

Cooper had the time of his life at Legoland and said it was

funner than Disneyland.  I disagree, but as long as he had

fun, that's all that matters.

There weren't very many rides that Morgan could go on (Lame!)

so we let her play a game to get a stuffed animal.

Cooper absolutely loved all  the Lego displays.  This is a 

Star Wars one.

The had a ton of the Star Wars figures made out of Legos

and Coop wanted his picture taken with every single one.

Cooper had to drive the boat all by himself because the girls needed

someone with them.  He did pretty good.

I just had to get this picture of Ted.  I thought it was pretty funny.

They had a Lego building spot where you built a car and 

raced it.  Of course, Cooper absolutely loved it.

Newport Beach

On our way to San Diego, we stopped at Newport Beach and let the kids play.

Kendall had the time of her life finding seashells.

Morgan loved playing in the water that was in her bucket, but 

wouldn't get near the ocean.

Disneyland

I know its a little late, but at least I am finally posting the pictures of Disneyland.  We went in April when Spring Break was ending and it was absolutely perfect and we had a blast!!!

On the way down to Vegas, we got stuck on the freeway

for 2 hours because there was a bad wreck, so we just

let the kids run around @ 9:00 at night.  

We stayed the night at Ted's brothers house on the way down

to visit with them and they were wonderful hosts!  Lynda

was so sweet and had yummy gluten free meals that

all of us could eat.

At our hotel in L.A., we got a room that had a kid room off

of ours so the kids could have their own space.  Best thing

we ever did!!!

Our first picture in Disneyland.  When we got to Disneyland,

we asked someone to take our picture and realized that

we had left the battery charging at the hotel.  Oops!!  Ted ran 

the mile there and back while the kids and I rode a couple of rides.

Morgan absolutely loved the Merry Go Round and she named

her horse Lilly.

Kendall then named hers Lexi.

We just had to take a picture of the sea of strollers

at Disneyland.  It was insane!

Coop enjoying the day.  Doesn't get better than

cotton candy and a shoulder ride.  He did so good

walking and we tried to make sure he had a turn

every now and then.

Our rule at Disneyland was that you had to try every ride

once.  Ted got Kendall on Splash Mountain unwillingly, but Ted 

told her that if she did it, he would buy her Mickey Mouse ears.

She was very proud of herself that she conquered the mountain.

Kendall fell asleep cold and tired at the Fantasmic show.  It was really cute.

We rode the ferris wheel where the cars slide when you go

in a circle.  Morgan didn't like it, but the other two would

just giggle every time it happened.  Oh yes, and Ted hated

it as well. :)

I think Morgan's favorite part of the trip was seeing the characters. 

She would absolutely eat it up!!

We took the girls to the princess lunch and Morgan absolutely loved 

seeing the princesses.  She would hug them and then run away

crying saying, "She's leaving" because she knew the princess had

to move on.  Kendall liked it, but not as much as I thought.  The food was wonderful though.

Cooper was such a trooper.  We told him he had to do the

princess lunch since we were taking him to Legoland.

Goofy kept Morgan so entertained while we took turns

on Goofy's flight school.  The waits in Disneyland were awesome!!!
