Morgan is 7 Months Old!!!

I truly cannot believe that my little baby is all ready 7 months old. She is getting big so fast and she is changing every day. She now likes to roll across the room and she absolutely loves her Johny Jumper and her walker. Morgan has learned that she can now get around the house when she is in her walker and the spells trouble. She is in to everything and she is such a grabber. She is such a sweet girl, though, and we love her very much.

Morgan LOVES the bathtub. It always makes her happy!!

She is our first child to be a thumbsucker

Morgan in her jumper. She thinks she is so cool bouncing up and down!!

A cute random photo or our precious girl!!!

Valentine's Fun!!!

This year for Valentine's, we had Ted's parents, his brother Lance, and his sister Colette and her kids over for dinner. I did my traditional Valentine's themed dinner and we decorated mini heart shaped cakes for dessert. As you will see from the pictures, the kids had a lot of fun!!!

Kendall was so eager to help me. She loves to be my little helper in the kitchen.

The kids even got their uncle Lance in on the fun. He let them decorate his hair with Kendall's bows. What a good sport.

Morgan's a little fish!!!!

Last night we loaded the kids in the car and decided to venture to the local Layton Surf n' Swim for a family outing. This was Morgan's first time swimming and she did amazing. At first she didn't like the waves and made this high pitched squeal, but once she got used to the water, she couldn't get enough. She was so worn out from swimming that she slept through the night. We are talking 12 hours!!!! That hasn't happened for a couple of weeks (since she got ear infections).

Cooper and Kendall both had fun (so Kendall says). She did not like the waves one bit and would not venture from the super shallow water. Cooper on the other hand was having the time of his life and even got really brave and made his way towards the deep end when the waves started (scary!!!). All in all we all had a fun time and it was good to do something different and enjoy time as a family.

Cooper's Birthday at School

In Cooper's class when it is your birthday, your parents come into the classroom and tell about the birthday child and then they sing to them and you pass out a treat. Cooper was so excited to take his treat and he knew exactly what he wanted: fruit snacks from Costco.

A Sweet Moment

On Cooper's birthday, Ted and Cooper were building his new Lego's, so Kendall and I were playing in her room together. After a while I got tired and asked if I could lay on her bed. She said yes and soon after I apparently fell asleep. A while later I awoke to Cooper climbing on me and he told me that Kendall was asleep. I was surprised by that because I was lying on her bed. This is what I found.......................

I thought it was so stinkin' cute!!! Apparently she was really tired because she has never in her life decided on her own that she wants to take a nap.

Cooper's Birthday

I cannot believe that my little baby turned six this year. It seems just like yesterday we were visiting him in the N.I.C.U. counting down the days until he would come home and complete our little family. We are so grateful to have him in our lives and he brings so much joy to our family. He is such a good big brother and is always looking out for his sisters and likes to help Mom and Dad. He absolutely loves to play with legos, transformers, and play "Lego Star Wars" and "Lego Indiana Jones" on the Xbox.
This year for Cooper's birthday he had his first friend party and he had a blast. The theme was Lego Star Wars and so I made a Lego cake and cupcakes and we played Star Wars games. The next day we had my side of the family over for a little party and Cooper had just as much fun. I want to thank everyone for coming and celebrating with us and for all of the wonderful gifts.

Back from the Dead!!!!!

It has been a really long time since I have posted anything, but we have been very busy around here. Right after Christmas the whole family got sick with the flu, then we have been working on some things in our house and then last week the kids came down with Strep and ear infections. Is anyone else ready for spring? This winter is killing us.
