Memorial Day!!

For the first time since we have been married, we decided to visit some of our family's graves and we are glad we did. It sparked a lot of questions from our kids and it was good to be able to talk about our grandparents and teach them a little bit about our heritage.

Ted's grandparents, Elsa and Marie Lucas are buried in
a Mausoleum at the Leavitt Mortuary in Ogden.

They were having some water issues in the Mausoleum and
it was very creepy. It was like being in a scary movie. It
was a little much for my kids and I felt bad for them.


We ventured to North Ogden to visit my grandparents,
Keith and Arlene Rackham, who have died in the
last few years. Oh how I miss them!!!
