Well, Easter was a lot of fun this year. The kids really enjoyed all of the Easter egg hunts and they sure did get spoiled. Their Nana and Kellie had a big Easter party for everyone, and let's just say they didn't leave wanting. They did a really great job with the party and everyone had a blast. Cooper even threw a fit when it was time to leave because he wanted to stay. This was Kendall's first official Easter egg hunt and I think she had a lot of fun. She loved picking up the prizes and candy and putting them in her bucket. She kept going for the salt water taffy and I kept trying to put chocolate in (you know, for her, of course) but she wasn't having it.
Easter day was a lot of fun and I think the kids looked adorable in their Easter outfits. The bunny brought Cooper and Kendall a cute little chair and some Easter treats. After church, we went to Dad and Laurie's, and the kids had a blast outside. They love going up there and playing with Grandma and Grandpa and running around. There is so much to see and explore. Afterwards, we went to Ted's family for yet another Easter egg hunt. Cooper Kendall had so much fun that day and by 7:00 that night, they were both beside themselves.
Overall, it was a great weekend and it was good to be able to remember our older brother and what he was done for us, and it really made me appreciate all that I have in my life. I am so grateful for all of my family and that I was able to see everyone this weekend. I hope they all know how much we love and appreciate all that they do for us. We love you!!!!
