Our fun in the Sun in Cancun!!!

We were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to go to Cancun with my family a couple of weeks ago and we had a blast!!! The kids could not have been any better, there was lots of fun in the sun, relaxing time, and good food and company. My Mom and step Dad took my brothers and our families down there for our Christmas present this year and it was a vacation we will never forget. Thanks Mom and Boyd!!!!

Our plane left @ 6:30 in the morning, so we packed up to leave by 4:00. The kids had no idea what they were in for.

The whole clan waiting for our plane to arrive!! We were going to take a before and after picture, but by the end of the vacation, we were all so tired, I don't think anybody cared to take yet another picture.

The kids giddy with excitement (at 6:00 in the morning mind you).

Dad and Cooper waiting for the plane to be de-iced. This was our kids first plane ride.

The girls just chillin'!!!

A cute picture of Kendall sleeping on the long leg of the flight to Cancun while she was listening to some tunes!!!

Morgan did so well down there and every day at lunch she would start to get delirious and tired.

The fun and hunger pains catching up to Kendall.

Raul was our waiter many a times and he just absolutely loved the kids.....

.....especially Morgan. He could not get enough of her and she knew it. She would cheese it up every time she saw him. He was so nice.

Nana, Cooper and Morgan at the beach on the first day.

Daddy initiated burying Mommy in the sand and everyone had lots of fun helping throw sand on water on me.

Morgan's first time in the ocean. She didn't know whether she should be scared or happy. She did great.

Kendall's first time in the ocean. She wouldn't go in very far, but she was very brave.

Coop's first time in the ocean and he was loving every minute of it. (F.Y.I. by the end of the trip, he wanted the pool over the beach because he could play in the sand any time at home. Nice.)

Me and my mom and the girls. We had so much fun together.

Ted and the kids at the ocean in Tulum where we went to see some ruins.

Our family in the city of Tulum.

Entering the city of Tulum.

The ocean at Tulum again. Isn't it so pretty?

Eating lunch with our tour guide, Carlos. We had a personal tour with just our family and it was so nice to be by ourselves.

Not 5 minutes after we started our tour in Coba, Morgan turfed it right into the dirt.

The pyramid in Coba that we were about to climb.

Whew!!! We reached the top of the pyramid and this was the view.

The top of the pyramid.

Flexing our muscles cause we were tough enough to make it up and down that huge pyramid. The kids were so proud of themselves. Kendall was so awesome that on the way up I could hardly keep up with her. She just kept going and going.

We got to ride these cool bikes in Coba and the kids had a lot of fun on them.

The one thing Kendall wanted to do was get her hair braided, so we made that possible and she thought she was the prettiest thing ever (and she was).

The family at our hotel. It was so beautiful there.

This is a Kodak moment. Don't you think?

The kids enjoying the waves on our last day before we left for the airport.

Daddy and Morgan. Ahh... How cute.

Morgan sippin' her Pina-Colada. She left the kids bury her legs so I set her drink on top of the sand and just started drinking away. Those special drinks would always make her happy when she was sad. Are we sure they were virgin? Guess we'll never know.

The lines at the airport to come home. Absolutely insane!!!!

This was our luggage for 12 people. This does not include our carry on baggage. Which for us consisted of four backpacks, a small suitcase, a car seat and a stroller. The workers were making fun of us and calling us Gringos.

By the end, Morgan was so tuckered out that she fell asleep sitting up and then tipped over onto Ted's arm.
